Training is not everybody's cup of tea. A good trainer takes particular interest in trainees


To achieve the ultimate goal, that is to impart knowledge a trainer has to be skillful and try to understand people. Consider this, how difficult is to teach a layman about advanced scientific advancements? It's a tough affair to train somebody who has absolutely no pre-existing knowledge about the subject the person is going to be trained. That requires lot patience and effort on the part of the trainers to come up with creative ideas to get penetrated into the minds of trainees. Good trainers try to acquaint with the trainees in the best possible manner to understand the level of knowledge and the grasping ability.
