Global warming image Global warming is ruining the balance of our climate than it was never before. If 2016 was reported the warmest year ever recorded, it is no surprise as 2017 is going to smash that record soon. Around the world our consumption pattern needs a careful attention so as to reduce the impact on the environment.  The more harm we do to the nature, the more problems it will create. The solution is not to escape to Mars, but that remedial measures taken by polluting industries. It has become a social responsibility and each one on the earth has to take that responsibility in his or her own way. 

Birds Clock Sometimes it makes me think about the complexity of nature around us. Look at those birds flying in formation to a far away place. They follow the leader meticulously and reaches their destination safe and sound. It teaches us the value of leadership and how it contributes to overall success. Jehovah God made all things so intelligently that nothing is in chaos.

elephant running It's a baby elephant running. These beautiful creations of God are elegant and sometimes frightening. Asian and African counterparts have got apparent differences in their structure and behaviour. Asian elephants are tamable and used for tourist and business (timber industry) purposes. It's a feast for eyes spotting large herd of these elegant animals gazing together freely in jungle. Drawing this elephant took some trials before it is in this shape. That's right. We don't know what lies ahead in our life. Being an optimistic person doesn't guarantee everything will be in the right place in its own due course. All of us are going to hit a road block one time or another that can hamper our growth both professionally and personally.  So the question is how prepared are we to face these road blocks?

Workaholic person is the one who spend most of his or her time in office because that person finds it's addictive. But, the more addictive, the less productive is the reality. Of course a workaholic person is void of Monday blues and other ill-feelings related to going back to work. But the addictive element can ruin the professional life in the long term.
